These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by ChromeTech Solution. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

ChromeTech Solution provides data destruction services, including:

    • Software-based data erasure
    • Physical data destruction
    • IT asset disposal services

All services are carried out using reasonable care and industry-recognised practices.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

    • Ensuring they have the legal right to request data destruction for the devices provided
    • Backing up any data before submitting devices for destruction
    • Removing any accessories (e.g. SIM cards, cables, external components) before collection

ChromeTech Solution is not responsible for any loss of data, as data destruction is irreversible.

3. Data Destruction Process
  • All devices will undergo data destruction using secure and certified methods
  • Upon completion, a Certificate of Destruction may be issued upon request or as part of the service
  • For software-based erasure, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered
4. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in handling all devices:

    • ChromeTech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in devices
    • In all cases, our liability shall be limited to the value of the service provided
5. Device Handling & Risk
  • Devices collected for off-site processing are transported under a secure chain-of-custody process
  • Customers acknowledge that physical destruction will permanently damage the devices
  • For reuse or resale of devices, condition is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed
6. Payment Terms
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service commencement
  • Full payment may be required before or upon completion of the service
  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • ChromeTech Solution reserves the right to apply charges for last-minute cancellations
8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information.

    • We do not access or review data stored on devices
    • All handling processes are designed to maintain strict confidentiality
9. Force Majeure

ChromeTech Solution shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
